Catherine Walker
Senior Consultant
Catherine’s understanding of the TV and film business is diverse. With a background in subtitling, and DVD production for Channel 4, she then moved into media monitoring, providing evaluation and analysis for clients such as Buena Vista and Columbia Tristar. She joined Searchlight Recruitment in May 2005.

Veronica Birjukov
Senior Consultant
Veronica started her career at The Observer newspaper. A career in sales followed at The Wall Street Journal, The Evening Standard and International Herald Tribune – managing the classified division – before embarking on a career in television. After a brief stint in production she moved into programme commissioning/development and television sales & distribution for both Fremantle and Mercury Media.
Veronica joins Searchlight with 4 years’ specialist recruitment experience having just returned from travels overseas.

Catherine Spruce
Senior Consultant
Catherine Spruce began her career in television 15 years ago at Formula One.
She then moved into Post Production and enjoyed senior-level appointments as Board Director of Blue and Managing Director of Capital Studios before moving into consultancy for many different facility houses.
Technically trained at Ravensbourne College, Catherine has an in depth knowledge of the staffing world of television and an enviable network of contacts to provide clients with an exceptional service.
Catherine mostly works with clients on senior-level appointments, but also consults at all levels on post production roles.

Becky Harper
Consultant
After graduating from a Drama, Culture and Media degree, Becky worked in advertising and Executive Search. She gained 2 years experience in recruitment before joining Searchlight in 2006. Becky started as Searchlight’s researcher and is now a full-time consultant.
Outside of work Becky maintains a keen interest in theatre and is a classically trained vocalist.

Beverley Evans
Office Manager
With a strong background in Finance and Administration from her time at TNS Entertainment and in music at Billboard Magazine, Beverley keeps The Searchlight Group’s day to day operations running smoothly. A passionate traveller, she has recently returned from South America. |

Kim Davies
Finance Director
Kim has many years of experience in financial accounting for the film and media industries, both in London and South Africa.
She comes to Searchlight after working, most recently, at Intermedia Film Equities Limited and Qwerty Films Limited.

Anne Booty
Senior Administrator
Before joining Searchlight in 2004, Anne worked in media monitoring managing clients such as Macromedia and EMI and accrued two years specialist recruitment experience in the medical sector.
As Recruitment Manager she left us in 2007 to have a baby and has recently returned to us part time as a Senior Administrator. She works from home by the sea and when not looking after baby Noah she makes music and bakes cakes.
